Gritty is definitely my favorite mascot. I have to say the Philly Phanatic scares me.

I would love to meet David Chang! He is one of my favorite chefs and I have so much respect and admiration for him. He’s so genuinely passionate about food and he isn’t afraid to call it as he sees it.
